1. Who are you, really? The puzzle oty | Brian Little personality

Personality theory no doubt identifies five traits. However, people cannot be slotted into pigeon holes based on their personality types. What makes each of us unique – is our doings or our “core projects.” Our projects may even force us to perform other personality traits, which makes attunement to our inner being and more self-care crucial.

2. The psychology of your future self | Dan Gilbert

“Human beings are works in progress that mistakenly believe they are finished.” Time alters our preferences and our personalities, and this is a fact that we – as humans – seem to be able to appreciate only in retrospect.

3. The Power of Introverts – Susan Cain

Extroverts crave large amounts of stimulation. Introverts feel most alive in more lowkey environments. Some of our transformative leaders such as MK Gandhi and Rosa Parks in history were introverts; research shows that introvert leaders facilitate their teams to flourish in ways that extrovert leaders may not be able to. The ideal way forward would be to create social environments that strike a balance in their demands for introversion and extraversion. Solitude and contemplation matter – and are known to carry transcendent power.
