Conflict Resolution: How to Settle Your Differences Fairly | BrainPOP
Anger and frustration are natural and normal feelings to experience in conflicts. However, expressing our anger and frustration may not always be useful. It helps to stop and recognize what one is feeling, when we experience feelings like anger and frustration. Next, one might consider explaining one’s feelings to the person one is seeking to resolve differences with. In doing so, empathy and deep listening can go a long way. A good perspective to take on resolving conflicts or differences is that it is you and the other person versus the issue or conflict you are attempting to resolve.
